Job summary

Adler and Allan are seeking a Senior Estimator to join the Estimating & Cost Intelligence Team. The role involves liaising with clients and contractors daily, building cost models, and supporting multiple projects from early concept through to tender stages.

You will prepare CAPEX, OPEX and NPV analyses to support optioneering decisions. The successful candidate will have a construction or engineering degree and be comfortable delivering cost assurance, benchmarking, and cost data analysis while

Qualifications

• Construction or Engineering degree required.
• Experience estimating on projects and presenting findings.
• Ability to liaise with clients and contractors daily.

Responsibilities

• Estimate at various project stages, using high-level cost models or bottom-up methods.
• Prepare estimates with CAPEX, OPEX and NPV comparisons.
• Identify costing methodologies and develop cost envelopes.
• Benchmark projects and develop cost models for future estimates.
• Provide cost assurance on estimates and contractor submissions.
• Collect historical cost data and support cost model development.
• Attend meetings and site visits; engage with clients and contractors.
• Work across multiple projects and different estimating systems.
• Support junior team members in cost estimation activities.
