Job summary

Aqua Consultants Ltd is seeking a Senior Estimator to join the Estimating & Cost Intelligence Team in the UK. The role involves supporting the delivery of key frameworks and projects from Aqua Consultants’ Offices, liaising daily with clients and contractors to enable effective management of projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Estimating at various levels and cost modelling using CESMM or similar.
• Prepare estimates for CAPEX, OPEX and NPV for options and comparisons.
• Identify appropriate costing methodologies.
• Undertake benchmarking and develop Cost Envelopes for early-stage projects.
• Provide cost assurance on estimates and contractor submissions; report findings to clients.
• Collect historical project cost data for analysis.
• Support development of cost models for future estimates.
• Attend meetings and site visits; client-facing in meetings.
• Work across multiple projects for clients and use various estimating systems.
• Support the development of junior team members.
