We are seeking a Senior Estimator to develop tender information into comprehensive financial submissions, enabling us to secure projects and meet our business objectives.

Our Building team offers expertise in design, build, and refurbishment for complex projects nationwide.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare all financial elements of the tendering process, from initial identification and authorization to financial handover and post-tender activities.
2. Compile financial documents for review by the Chief Estimator, Operations Director, and Managing Director.
3. Assist the bidding team with post-tender negotiations as needed.
4. Maintain accurate benchmarking data from completed tenders and secured projects.
5. Liaise with Procurement regarding subcontractor selection and opportunities for cost improvements.
6. Promote and support electronic tendering practices and BIM integration.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Experience estimating for large building projects.
2. Proficiency in using computerised estimating systems (Causeway preferred).
3. Experience collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers to produce accurate estimates.
4. Experience managing tender queries and communications.
