Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited in West Yorkshire is seeking a Senior Estimator for facade remediation projects. The role focuses on estimating, tendering, and securing competitive bids for EWI and rainscreen systems.

You will work in a hybrid environment, liaising with the project and commercial teams to deliver accurate tenders and optimise costs, with a track record of successful bid conversions in facade remediation.

Qualifications

• Extensive estimating experience within the facade, cladding, or remediation sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of SFS Out Systems to include External Wall Insulation (EWI), Render Systems and rainscreen cladding.
• Proven success in winning and converting tenders for Facade Remediation Projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender estimates for facade remediation projects.
• Analyse project documents to determine cost drivers.
• Collaborate with commercial and ops teams to secure bids.
• Maintain accurate cost databases and bid templates.

Senior Estimator Facade Remediation

Location: West Yorkshire (Hybrid Working)

Salary: up to £80K + Benefits

Experienced Senior Estimator required for a busy and well-established facade remediation contractor based in West Yorkshire.

We are seeking a proven professional with strong experience in facade contracting, cladding remediation, and SFS out packages, including EWI systems and render solutions.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of producing competitive tenders and converting opportunities into secured projects.

Key Requirements

• Extensive estimating experience within the facade, cladding, or remediation sector
