Job summary

Catering, a well-established interiors and refurbishment main contractor, seeks a Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team in Hatfield.

You will prepare detailed cost estimates for £1m-£5m refurbishments, analyse drawings and specs, and liaise with suppliers to secure competitive quotations.

The role requires proven estimating experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tenders to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in the interiors and refurbishment sector.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out projects (£1m-£5m).

The Role

As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business by preparing accurate and competitive tenders. They tender projects typically ranging from £1m to £5m, delivering exceptional results for their clients.
