K4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Estimator to join the Pre-Construction team in Lincoln. The role focuses on managing cost plans, pricing tenders, and contributing to BOQs and pre-construction surveying.

The successful candidate will bring 3+ years in estimating or construction, with experience in cost planning and tendering. A strong understanding of BOQs, take-offs and reporting is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in an estimating or construction-based role
• Experience or knowledge of conquest would be advantageous
• Construction experience of working on a similar build portfolio or projects

Responsibilities

• Manage cost plans and pricing of single and 2-stage tenders under JCT D&B forms of contract
• Help produce Bills of Quantities (BOQs), take offs, full cost plans, and target cost reporting, as well as occasional pre-construction surveying duties
