We are recruiting for a well-established regional contractor based near Stevenage. They are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their preconstruction team, working on new build, refurbishment, alteration and fit‑out projects up to £20m across education, healthcare, community, industrial, leisure, retail and commercial sectors.

The Role

You will prepare cost plans, tenders and estimates, taking the lead on pricing projects and working closely with design, commercial and operational teams. The role would suit an experienced Estimator looking for a stable position with a respected contractor and a steady pipeline of work.

Working hours are 8.30 am – 5 pm with one hour for lunch.
