Job summary

Caddick Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our East Midlands Preconstruction team on Industrial and Logistics projects. You’ll review tender docs, perform take-offs, and prepare detailed estimates, working closely with subcontractors and internal teams.

You’ll use Conquest, Bluebeam/CostX and Excel to manage estimates and contribute to bid strategies, ensuring alignment on delivery methods. We offer a people-focused culture with clear development and progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in estimating within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with cost planning and two-stage tenders.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and commercial principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software such as Conquest and Bluebeam/CostX.
• Knowledge of current construction contracts and procurement processes.

Responsibilities
