Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Estimating Leader to own the cost estimation process across diverse projects in the United Kingdom. You will lead tender meetings, sign-off processes, and deliver accurate cost estimates and competitive tender submissions.

You will develop pricing strategies, review project documents for compliance and risk, maintain cashflow forecasts, and coordinate inputs from supply chain and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in estimating across sectors and project types.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 software.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple high-quality estimates under pressure.
