Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is recruiting a Senior Estimator for a tier one contractor operating across all sectors of the built environment. The role focuses on pre-construction leadership, team-based delivery, and managing multi-disciplinary projects (£10m-£40m) from inception to site setup.

You will work with Bid Technical, commercial and project management teams and report to the business unit Director. The opportunity offers an excellent salary and benefits package with strong future prospects

Qualifications

• You will be a Senior Estimator keen to join a business with future potential to take responsibility for a team.
• You will have experience in managing multi-disciplinary construction projects (£10m-£40m) from inception to site setup, working with Bid Technical, commercial & Project Management teams.
• You will lead pre-construction, teamwork, resource management and contract negotiations, reporting to the Business Unit Director.
• You will be qualified to at least an HNC standard and have a demonstrable track record in a tier one environment.

You will have experience in managing multi disciplinary construction projects if medium size (£10m - £40m) and all associated activities from inception to site setup, working with the Bid Technical, commercial & Project Management teams.

You will be responsible for all aspects of pre construction leadership, teamwork, management of resources and contract negotiations, reporting to the business unit Director.

You will be qualified to at least HNC standard and have a demonstrable track record of work winning and technical competency in a tier one environment.
