You will be joining a team of multi-disciplinary professionals, providing support and expert advice across the Council. You will work closely with the Council’s external partners. The team drives revenue generation in the commercial investment portfolio, enables social value delivery from community assets, and ensures assets are safe and properly utilised.

You will be involved in all aspects of Landlord and Tenant work, leasing, and general estates management, including disposals and development agreements. Working with a range of stakeholders—internal services, the voluntary community sector, and business tenants—you will be a self-starter capable of identifying and communicating opportunities to drive value and ensure optimal asset utilisation.

Skills:
  • MRICS qualification or equivalent experience.
