We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Estates Management Surveyor. If you are a self-driven professional with a wealth of experience navigating the challenges of the property industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will bring your excellent communication skills to the forefront, building strong relationships with tenants and professionals alike. As a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, you will have considerable post-qualification experience in commercial property, particularly in rent reviews and lease renewals. A solid understanding of valuation methods, estate management laws and best practices will be key to your success in this role.
