NHS Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager (Estates) to drive the Estates Infrastructure Strategy and support a shift toward integrated, community-based care across Greater Manchester.

You will manage a high-profile portfolio, work with Place teams, GMCA, local authorities and system partners to optimise estate value and enable preventative, neighbourhood-focused services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of estates projects across Greater Manchester.
• Develop and deliver business cases and strategic estates plans informed by data and service need.
• Influence senior stakeholders across NHSProperty Services, Community Health Partnerships and partners.
