The role involves working with clinical and corporate teams, contractors and external partners to deliver improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Based at Bath NHS House, the postholder may be deployed anywhere in the Trust and will help drive maintenance, capital projects, sustainability, and energy

Responsibilities

• Overseeing contractor performance
• Acting as a Responsible Person for designated technical compliance areas
• Supporting capital and maintenance projects
• Developing estates initiatives
• Monitoring estates performance and compliance data
• Contributing to sustainability and energy efficiency objectives
• Working closely with staff, service managers and external partners to ensure safe, effective and value-for-money estates services across the Trust
