Job summary

South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Estates Officer to manage day-to-day operations of Trust buildings and lead minor estates projects. Qualifications

• HNC/D minimum level qualification in construction or building services is required.
• Specialist electrical knowledge to degree level is essential.
• Experience in construction, building services and/or estate management with contracts/tender exposure is needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of Trust buildings and related estates.
• Coordinate minor estates schemes/projects with operational teams and contractors.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, contractor management, and budget adherence while delivering multi-workstream projects.
