Job summary

Pathfinder Multi Academy Trust is seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join the central team and support our schools across multiple sites. The role will lead operational estates delivery across the organisation, ensuring environments are safe, well-maintained and fully fit for purpose.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational estates delivery across the organisation, ensuring school environments remain safe, compliant, well-maintained and fit for purpose.
• Take responsibility for the management and successful delivery of projects awarded under the School Condition Allocation funding rounds.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites and ensure statutory compliance is maintained in line with Department for Education guidance and health & safety legislation.
• Drive consistency, performance and best practice across estates services while supporting School's Site Managers through leadership and professional development.
• Collaborate closely with Headteachers and senior stakeholders, balancing local operational requirements with wider organisational priorities.
