Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the estates strategy across all schools.
• Lead and coordinate capital projects and maintenance programmes.
• Oversee statutory compliance, health and safety, and risk assessments.
• Manage contractors, consultants and suppliers ensuring value for money.
• Maintain estate, asset and compliance records and prepare reports.
• Coordinate surveys, estate reviews and maintenance schedules.
• Support sustainability and climate action initiatives.
• Provide professional advice to school leaders and Premises Managers.
• Contribute to procurement activities and funding applications.
