Weare seeking an experienced, dynamic and values-driven Estates Manager tosupport the Head of Estates in the strategic and operational management of theTrust's estate across our Multi-Academy Trust. This pivotal role will ensurethat all schools and provisions benefit from safe, secure, compliant, inclusiveand well-maintained learning environments that enable high-quality educationand positive outcomes for all pupils, including those with SEND.
Thepostholder will lead the coordination and delivery of capital projects, estateimprovement programmes and asset management activities, while providingassurance on statutory compliance and supporting the development andimplementation of the Trust's estates and facilities strategy. Working closelywith Headteachers, School Business Managers, Premises Managers, contractors,consultants and external stakeholders, the Estates Manager will play a key rolein shaping the future of the Trust's estate and supporting its continued growthand long-term strategic objectives.
