Job summary

Oak Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Head of Estates to shape and deliver the Trust's estates strategy across five schools. You will assess condition, risk and need, set investment priorities and direct estates funding to where it will make the greatest difference.

Qualifications

• Strong estates/facilities experience across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to lead estates strategy and delivery.
• Knowledge of health and safety and compliance in an education environment.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and funding allocations.
• Experience developing staff and building a cohesive estates team.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Trust's estates strategy across five schools.
• Assess condition, risk and need; set investment priorities and direct estates funding.
• Collaborate with Headteachers and central teams to align site needs with the Trust’s goals.
• Provide visible leadership across schools and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and safety standards while delivering value for money.
