Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading retail and logistics company to recruit a Senior Estates Manager for their team based in South London

Client Side Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Take ownership of all landlord and tenant matters across the retail and warehouse portfolio
• Drive negotiations for lease renewals, rent reviews, break clauses, and re-gears
• Ensure lease agreements align with business objectives and operational needs
• Analyse and challenge service charge budgets and reconciliations
• Oversee the instruction of solicitors and agents
• Monitor maintenance and facilities performance through internal teams and external contractors.
• Track supplier KPIs and cost trends, identifying opportunities for efficiency and value improvements.
