Job summary

The Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 8a Estates Senior Property and Leasing Manager to lead complex property portfolios and strategic leasing activity. You will bring extensive estates and portfolio management experience, strong negotiating skills, and a track record of working within NHS frameworks to deliver value and compliance across multiple sites.

The role requires influencing senior stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring statutory compliance

Qualifications

• Significant experience in property, estates or portfolio management.
• Proven track record in lease negotiation and landlord/tenant management.
• Experience with LIFT, PFI or complex contractual frameworks.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and NHS estates frameworks (HTMs/HBNs).
• Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Professional membership (or working towards) such as RICS, CIOB, IWFM or APM.
