The Oxford Science Park West estate is managed by Savills, with the Estate Manager responsible for safe, compliant and efficient operation across laboratory, research and office facilities. The role leads facilities management, health & safety compliance, service charge control and occupier engagement to deliver an exceptional occupier experience.

On-site stakeholder engagement, regular tenant meetings, budget oversight and procurement are key.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3-4 years relevant industry experience.
• Able to work on own initiative and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to be based on site 5 days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the estate & buildings at The Oxford Science Park West.
• Undertake site checks across common areas with attention to repair state.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders; attend regular meetings.
• Prepare, issue and present periodic client reports and manage budgets/service charges.
• Lead procurement/tendering to secure best value services and manage contracts.
• Oversee on-site teams and outsourced providers; maintain records and IT-based reporting.
• Support sustainability objectives and monitor energy, utilities and waste performance.
