Job summary

App proficiency Inc in the United Kingdom seeks an Associate Principal to lead enterprise ERP programs, shaping strategy and mentoring senior consultants. You will own a substantial book of business, drive pre-sales, and map client requirements to NetSuite functionality across high-visibility engagements.

The role requires 5–8 years in professional services, MBA or equivalent, and travel to client locations as needed. A strong track record in delivering complex NetSuite projects is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a professional services, functional, or technical consulting role, preferably ERP/CRM/e-commerce.
• Experience managing SaaS, IT, or business model implementations (distribution, manufacturing, retail, etc).
• MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Experience on NetSuite platform is highly recommended.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable, referenceable customer relationships.
• Ability to think strategically and align client pain points to solution options and implementation approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead demo and pre-sales efforts for App proficiency solutions and products.
• Conduct complete requirements, design, and delivery across multiple verticals and integrations.
• Provide oversight for implementation projects and mentor consultants.
• Simultaneously manage 6+ client projects/ engagements.
• Assign project teams based on skill and capacity and ensure billable hours accuracy.
• Define and drive firm-wide process improvements.
