Job summary

Appficiency Inc. in Leeds is seeking an Associate Principal to lead strategic client engagements, shape firm-wide strategy, and mentor senior consultants.

You will own a significant book of business, drive pre-sales, and map client needs to NetSuite solutions across multiple industries. You will partner with Appficiency leaders to deliver complex ERP/CRM implementations, manage 6+ concurrent engagements, and elevate our market position through scalable offerings and strong executive stakeholder

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in ERP/CRM/e-commerce implementations.
• Proven track record of profitable, referenceable customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create new enterprise value beyond predetermined or assigned job functions.
• Lead demo and pre-sales efforts for Appficiency solutions and products.
• Conduct complete requirements, design, and delivery across multiple verticals, applications, and integrations.
• Ensure Appficiency principles and procedures are followed across all projects.
• Provide oversight for implementation projects.
• Simultaneously manage 6+ client projects/engagements.
• Mentor and train consultants.
• Review project allocations and billable hours for accuracy.
• Engage with senior executives.
• Work with customers to map requirements to NetSuite functionality.
