Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an ERP Business Development Manager to join the Netsuite practice and drive new business across existing clients. You will collaborate with Commercial Director, Presales, Consulting and Marketing to cross-sell ERP solutions and services to mid-market clients.

The role focuses on selling ERP and CRM/financials, engaging C-level executives, and managing a portfolio of opportunities. You will travel within reasonable limits and participate in weekly Crewe office activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling ERP solutions is essential.
• Experience in selling CRM/Financials solutions in a pure New Business Sales Role.
• Experience in selling software and services, ERP and a proven track record of selling to C-level executives.
• Be within a reasonable commute and have a willingness to work from the Crewe Office once a week.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and to work within a team environment to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Good business acumen and a professional manner with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and prospecting contact towards achieving agreed sales targets and business aims.
• Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.
• Manage software and services mix, pricing and margins in accordance with the published price list to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and win new customers through appropriate engagement and ethical sales methods ensuring you optimise the quality of service, business growth and client satisfaction.
