Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an EPRR Manager to provide specialist operational leadership for incident preparedness, response and recovery. You will support statutory duties as a Category 1 responder under key national frameworks and liaise across Divisions, Estates, Security, ICT and Governance.

The role leads the development and testing of integrated EPRR and business continuity arrangements, deputising for the Head of EPRR when required and promoting

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Disaster Preparedness, Emergency Management and Resilience or related field.
• Experience leading EPRR, incident response and on-call command support.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and test EPRR and BC plans across divisions.
• Coordinate incident response with ICC and the Head of EPRR.
• Provide expert advice during incidents and exercises to managers and on-call teams.
• Represent CUH at resilience forums and partner agency meetings.
