Job summary

NHS Greater Manchester are seeking a proactive Head of EPRR to lead across risk, planning, training, response and recovery within the ICS framework. You will deputise for the Assistant Director of EPRR and guide a team delivering business continuity and assurance across providers.

Working across partners, you will drive on-call resilience, coordinate multi-agency incident response and ensure plans and policies are fit for purpose, supporting the ICB annual assurance programme and statutory

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure NHS GM meets statutory and non-statutory requirements.
• Directly support the Assistant Director of EPRR and deputise as required.
• Lead on risk assessments, planning, training, response and recovery within EPRR disciplines.
• Coordinate business continuity management and the ICB annual assurance programme of NHS funded providers.
• Facilitate a comprehensive training and exercising programme to test and improve incident management.
• Oversee evidence submission for NHS EPRR core standards and assurance processes.
• Ensure a robust on-call function and provide incident management support to senior leadership.
