NSFT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the New EPR Programme, delivering complex projects across the Trust. Based at County Hall, Norwich with travel to other sites, you will coordinate multi-stream work, manage budgets, and develop stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing a wide range of complex projects to ensure short and long-term benefits for the organisation.
• Building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships.
• Providing and communicating complex, sensitive, and contentious information to key stakeholders.
• Analysing and interpreting complex information and data.
• Planning and managing projects, monitor key milestones and outcomes.
• Leading and supporting others on service development, identifying change and implementing processes and policies.
• Undertaking budget holder responsibilities for projects.
• Line management responsibility as appropriate.
