Job summary

Bilfinger UK is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery, ensuring time, cost, quality and HSE targets are met. You will work with internal and external stakeholders and apply NEC3/4 contract principles.

Candidates should have extensive on-site construction management experience, with EPC contract exposure and a background in civil/related disciplines. This role is based in the UK and requires strong leadership and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in EPC contracts (Civil & Construction).
• Budgeting and financial controls for large projects.
• Subcontractor management and procurement experience.
• Project management for projects >£10 million.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, health and environmental priorities on site.
• Lead construction meetings and coordinate stakeholders.
• Develop and approve project programmes and contract plans.
• Ensure quality and test requirements are met during construction and handover.
