Job summary

Bilfinger UK is seeking a Project Director to oversee a project from inception to completion, leading HSE, quality standards, and client satisfaction. You will drive the life cycle from CAPEX/OPEX to on-schedule, on-budget delivery, mentoring the team and applying best practices from prior projects.

You will coordinate design, construction and commercial activities, ensure robust governance, and manage changes while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mechanical and piping projects with related disciplines (E&I, SIP).
• Leadership of multi-disciplinary engineering and project management teams.
• Delivery under fixed price, unit rate or target cost contracts with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead project resources to deliver scope on time, within budget and to safety standards.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through quality execution and governance.
• Oversee risk and change management, ensuring compliance with project controls.
