Calibre Search is working with an established multidisciplinary consultancy to appoint an Associate Director - Environmental Consultancy to lead environmental delivery in Birmingham.

You will oversee Environmental Impact Assessments, manage a team of consultants, and develop client relationships while contributing to the strategic growth of the business. Hybrid working is offered with strong professional development.

Competenze

• Strong EIA experience on infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead delivery of EIAs and related studies.
• Manage environmental inputs on complex projects.
• Provide strategic environmental advice to clients.
• Oversee programmes, budgets, resources and quality.
• Mentor a team of environmental consultants.
• Review reports to ensure high-quality delivery.
