Job summary

Calibre Search is partnering with an established multidisciplinary consultancy in Birmingham to appoint an Associate Director - Environmental Consultancy, strengthening its EIA offering.

You will lead environmental projects, manage technical teams and nurture client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery across infrastructure and development schemes while steering business growth and tenders.

Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Geography, Planning or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in environmental consultancy or similar professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessment and planning process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and related studies.
• Manage environmental inputs across complex infrastructure and development projects.
• Provide strategic environmental advice to clients throughout project lifecycle.
