Job summary

Ramboll UK & Ireland is seeking an Experienced Senior Consultant Environmental Due Diligence to join our busy transactions team. You will identify key EHS/ESG risks and provide high‑quality, targeted advice to clients on buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence for UK and global M&A projects.

You will deliver Phase I ESAs and LECRs across diverse sites, support proposals, and collaborate with in‑house EHS/ESG specialists to shape sustainable outcomes post‑acquisition.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for external clients and advisors.
• Experience delivering Phase I ESAs and LECRs.
• Ability to interpret information quickly and work autonomously.
• Experience in supporting proposal preparations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals with pricing, budgets and timescales.
• Coordinate medium to large multi-site projects across geographies.
• Deliver Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and LECRs for various sites.
• Deliver ESG assessments via desk research and client reports.
