Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an Experienced Senior Consultant Environmental Due Diligence in the UK to support fast-paced M&A transactions. You will identify EHS/ESG risks, deliver focused client reports, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across locations.

The role emphasizes proposal development, project management, and timely delivery across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure assets. Travel within the UK & Ireland is expected.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree/qualifications in environmental studies/geography or similar.
• Strong understanding of UK environmental regulations and EU sustainability regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, including pricing, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage medium-to-large multi-site due diligence projects.
• Deliver Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and LECR reviews.
• Perform ESG assessments for buy-side and sell-side due diligence.
