Qualifications

  • Degree or Master’s in Environmental Science or a related subject.
  • Relevant post-graduate experience ideally within consultancy.
  • Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) or working towards chartered status.
  • Strong understanding of the EIA process and technical environmental disciplines.
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of environmental work across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Influence project development to ensure high standards of environmental performance.
  • Produce, review and edit technical environmental reports.
  • Manage and respond to client requirements in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support and lead bid preparation and contribute to business development activity.
  • Mentor and support junior staff in the team.
  • Undertake continuous professional development to maintain professional chartered status.
