Job summary

MEL Environmental Solutions Ltd is seeking a Consultant for our Environmental Claims Division. The role is home-based within the UK, requiring a strong background in environmental remediation and project management.

You will oversee surveys, data interpretation, and reporting for domestic properties, coordinating budgets and schedules with internal and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of PM experience, proven client interaction, and knowledge of CDM and health & safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' project management experience within environmental remediation, contaminated land, construction, civil engineering, geotechnical, utilities, insurance reinstatement, or a related sector.

Responsibilities

• On site surveys of domestic properties including the collection of vapour, soil and groundwater samples.
• Compilation of/and interpretation of field and analytical data.
• Preparation of reports, tables, and/or figures for reports
• Scoping of remedial works and preparation of costs for the scoped works
• Planning and scheduling of labour, plant and materials for the works
• Supervision of staff/subcontractors in the execution of investigations/remedial works on domestic properties
• Engagement with Internal and external stakeholder
