Job summary

One Man Studio is seeking a Senior Environment Concept Artist to lead the visual development of game worlds. You will guide departments from lighting to level design, ensuring cohesive, atmospheric environments that support storytelling.

With 5+ years in environment concept art and a track record on AA/AAA titles, you will mentor artists, push production-ready visuals, and collaborate with Art Directors to define the DNA of our worlds—remote work globally welcomed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in environment concept art within the games industry.
• At least one shipped AA or AAA title.
• Strong grasp of perspective, composition, value and color.

Responsibilities

• Create immersive location designs and establish architectural language.
• Collaborate with narrative designers to reflect lore in environments.
• Coordinate with level designers to ensure player paths align with visuals.
• Provide production callouts, orthographic views, and material breakdowns.
• Mentor junior and mid-level artists and contribute to studio culture.
