Job summary

Just Won't Die Games Studio in Cambridge, UK is seeking an Associate Art Director to shape a mature AAA vision for a new IP on console and PC. You will guide creative direction, mentor art leads, and collaborate with production to plan and prioritize art deliverables.

Ideal candidates have shipped at least one AAA title as an Art Director or Associate Art Director, possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly studio environment.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating Art Direction capability.
• End to end game development experience.
• Experience with modern game development workflows.
• Shipped at least one AAA title as an AD or Associate AD.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and champion a mature AAA art vision.
• Manage multidisciplinary art teams with actionable feedback.
• Produce Art Direction visuals, pitches, and guides.
• Collaborate with Production to plan art deliverables.
• Lead art reviews for internal and external teams.
• Assist in recruitment of project team members.
• Provide status updates to the leadership team.
