Lockwood Publishing Ltd. is seeking a Principal Environment Artist/ Lead to define immersive environments for Avakin Life. This remote/ hybrid role combines hands-on creation with mentoring, pipeline development, and AI-assisted workflows, guiding the art team to high-quality production outcomes.

You will collaborate across art, design, tech, and production, shaping visual identity, improving workflows, and delivering optimized environments for mobile platforms.

Formación

• Expert in 3D environment creation for mobile platforms.
• Strong modelling and texturing skills, including hard surface and organic workflows.
• Experience mentoring artists and leading environment teams.

Responsabilidades

• Translate briefs into AI-generated visual concepts aligned with direction.
• Create production-ready 3D environments and assets for gameplay and narrative.
• Design textures, lighting, and VFX to enhance mood and immersion.
• Lead environment ideation sessions and mentor artists throughout production.
• Collaborate with Design, Technical Art, Engineering, Production and QA to ensure deliverables meet standards.
