Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering data-led projects in engineering/manufacturing/tech.
• Proven ability to document processes, requirements, and data flows clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and business audiences.
• Experience mapping end-to-end processes and integration points.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous challenges into structured requirements, options, and actionable solutions.
• Map and improve cross-functional processes across PLM, ERP, MES.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to uncover integration pain points.
• Own defined workstreams within transformation programmes connecting business goals to system/data implications.
• Develop clear process flows, requirements, and data models for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Act as a trusted advisor bridging tech teams and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Support deployment of technical tools and solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and CSR activities.
• Travel and work on-site with clients across the country.
