Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of management consulting experience with AGILE client-facing projects.
• First-class or high 2:1 degree, master's, or PhD.
• Strong project and people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with manufacturing, technical and business contacts.
• Strong data skills and ability to present data-driven stories.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Curiosity and drive to make a difference for people and planet.

Aufgaben

• Develop deep insight into people, process, system and data to complete diagnostics and reporting.
• Build strong relationships and advise clients.
• Shape solutions, propose project plans and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Support deployments and development of our tools and solutions.
• Own your workstream and motivate a team of analysts and consultants.
• Attend regular washups and knowledge shares.
• Support QR internal business improvement initiatives.
• Travel to client sites and local travel emphasis.
