We'relooking for candidates with a blend offoundational delivery skillsandenterprise transformation mindset:
3+ years of experiencedeliveringdata-led projects, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or technology sectors (e.g., PDM/PLM, ERP, MES).
Proven ability todocument processes, requirements, and data flowsclearly and concisely.
Comfort working withmultiple stakeholders, understanding how your work fits into wider programmes.
Strongwritten and verbal communication, tailored to both technical and business audiences.
Experienceturning ambiguous business problemsinto structured requirements and actionable options.
Ability tomap end-to-end processesacross functions,identifyingintegration points and pain areas.
Awareness ofupstream/downstream systems(e.g., PLM, ERP, MES) and their impact on business operations.

A first-class or high 2.1 bachelor’s degree, master’s, or PhD in any discipline (STEM preferable).
