You will work across UI, APIs, data, AI/ML, AWS, Kubernetes, and security, balancing performance, cost, and risk while closely guiding engineering teams.

The role demands hands-on leadership, deep technical depth, and clear communication to deliver secure, production-ready solutions across global banking clients.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise/solution architecture.
• Proven track record architecting large-scale financial platforms within Wealth Management or Banking.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs between performance, scalability, security, complexity, and cost.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills bridging business requirements and engineering execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern architecture covering UI, microservices, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud, and operational platforms.
• Convert complex functional requirements into practical technical designs, evaluating trade-offs and tech stacks.
• Design and optimize AWS cloud environments (EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM) for resilience, scalability, and cost control.
• Lead integration patterns (REST, Kafka, WebSockets, Salesforce).
• Drive containerized architecture (Docker/Kubernetes) and embed CI/CD/DevSecOps lifecycles.
• Provide technical direction across RDBMS, NoSQL, Data Lakes, and AI/ML capabilities (LLM integration, RAG, vector databases).
• Lead latency profiling, database tuning, DevSecOps, secrets management, and infrastructure sizing.
• Review designs, API contracts, database schemas, and Kubernetes manifests; lead root-cause analysis for production issues.
