Responsibilities

• Define and govern architecture covering UI, microservices, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud, and operational platforms.
• Convert complex functional requirements into practical technical designs, evaluating trade-offs and tech stacks.
• Design and optimize AWS cloud environments (EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM) for resilience, scalability, and cost control.
• Lead integration patterns (REST, Kafka, WebSockets, Salesforce).
• Drive containerized architecture (Docker/Kubernetes) and embed CI/CD/DevSecOps lifecycles.
• Provide technical direction across RDBMS, NoSQL, Data Lakes, and AI/ML capabilities (LLM integration, RAG, vector databases).
• Lead latency profiling, database tuning, DevSecOps, secrets management, and infrastructure sizing.
• Review designs, API contracts, database schemas, and Kubernetes manifests; lead root-cause analysis for production issues.

Role Overview

The Senior / Lead Enterprise Technical Architect is a hands-on technology leadership role responsible for the end-to-end technical architecture, solutioning, and engineering alignment of a large-scale Wealth Management platform.

You will work across applications, UI services, APIs, integrations, data, databases, AI/ML, AWS Cloud, infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps, security, performance, scalability, and cost optimization. You are expected to be hands-on, technically deep, and closely engaged with engineering teams to ensure solutions are secure, performant, cost-effective, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Enterprise Architecture: Define and govern architecture covering UI, microservices, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud, and operational platforms.
• Technical Solutioning: Convert complex functional requirements into practical technical designs, evaluating architectural trade-offs and tech stacks.
• AWS & Infrastructure Architecture: Design and optimize AWS cloud environments (EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM) focusing on resilience, scalability, and cost control.

• Client & Account Onboarding, KYC/AML, Suitability, Financial Advice, Portfolio Management, Investment Proposals, Order Management, Trading/Execution, Allocation, Settlement, Custody, Holdings, Cash, Pricing, Valuation, Performance, Fees, Taxation, Reconciliation, and Reporting.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile
