Description:

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Leader in London to articulate our value proposition to C-level individuals in the Energy and Commodities Trading and Risk space across EMEA. You will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise-level energy and commodities clients.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the SaaS revolution in the EMEA market and to contribute to the growth of Clearwater and Beacon.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and influencers, understanding their infrastructure, business requirements, and challenges.
  • Familiarize yourself with market complexities and the value propositions of Clearwater and Beacon.
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing ones within the EMEA energy and commodities markets, solving complex problems throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct meetings with prospects and identify their needs.
  • Develop and progress opportunities, closing deals within the assigned market.
  • Coordinate with executive management and internal teams (Client Services, Marketing, Pre-Sales).

Requirements:

  • Hungry to develop new business and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Understanding of European energy and commodities markets, with proven ability to sell into this sector.
  • Strong background in CTRM, ETRM, cross-asset & risk trading, or enterprise risk.
  • Proven record of exceeding targets and selling risk solutions using structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Strong presentation and writing skills for client-facing activities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadlines, ambiguity, and change.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Track record of attaining multi-million annual quotas.

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • 10+ years of energy and commodities technology sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of risk and trading in energy and commodity markets.
