Ageas is seeking a Senior Enterprise Risk Consultant to join our 2nd Line Enterprise Risk team. You will provide independent oversight and challenge across key business activities while helping strengthen risk ownership.

The role offers hybrid working in Eastleigh or Glasgow with a remote-first approach, engaging senior leaders to improve risk management, regulatory compliance, and resilience within a regulated financial services environment.

Senior Enterprise Risk Consultant: Ageas has an exciting opportunity for an experienced risk professional who thrives on influencing senior leaders, challenging established thinking, and driving continuous improvement within a regulated financial services environment. You'll operate as a senior business partner across the organisation, supporting and challenging 1st line colleagues whilst helping to strengthen our risk culture, enhance resilience, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory expectations.

As a Senior Enterprise Risk Consultant within the 2nd Line Enterprise Risk team, you will provide independent oversight and challenge across a range of business activities, ensuring that key risks are identified, assessed, managed, and reported effectively. Working closely with senior leaders and business owners, you'll support the consistent application of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and help embed strong risk ownership throughout the organisation.

This is a highly visible role with significant stakeholder engagement across the business. Whilst the role has no direct people management responsibility, it requires strong influencing skills, credibility with senior stakeholders, and the confidence to provide robust challenge where required.
