Job summary

SR2 REC LTD in London is seeking an experienced Enterprise Release Planning Lead for a contract hybrid role. You will consolidate multiple technology programmes into a credible enterprise plan, identifying dependencies, sequencing and critical paths to align delivery across the estate.

You’ll translate complex delivery data into clear roadmaps, presentations and governance packs, and present recommendations to senior technology leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise release planning, integrated technology planning or portfolio planning.
• Ability to map dependencies across programmes and delivery teams.
• Strong skills in sequencing, critical path analysis and scenario planning.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build integrated release schedules and roadmaps across multiple technology initiatives.
• Map cross-programme dependencies and assess impact on sequencing.
• Identify critical paths, constraints, risks and key decision points.
• Interrogate delivery data to assess what is realistically achievable.
• Turn complex planning data into clear roadmaps and visuals.
• Present plans and recommendations to senior technology leadership.
