Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in London seeks a Technical Project Manager (Release Train Engineer) to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives across multiple engineering teams in a hybrid work model.

You will partner with architecture, product, and business stakeholders to align priorities, manage risks, and ensure on-time release readiness, with a focus on improving delivery velocity and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years in technology delivery or program leadership.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale software platforms and enterprise tech solutions.
• Strong Agile experience and familiarity with SDLC and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives across multiple teams.
• Develop delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for development, testing, release, and production readiness.
• Provide delivery insights and executive-level reporting.
