Job summary

CTC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with PMP and Scrum Master certifications to lead and deliver large-scale enterprise programs across diverse industries.

You will drive governance, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, PMO coordination, and Agile delivery, guiding cross-functional teams through complex initiatives from initiation to benefits realization.

Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential to succeed in this role in the Westminster area.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification required.
• Scrum Master Certification required (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• 16+ years of project management experience leading large-scale enterprise projects.
• Strong experience in project governance, PMO processes, and portfolio management.
• Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with PMO teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards, methodologies, and governance processes.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective change management and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and reporting artifacts.
