Job summary

About Infotel Group is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead large-scale, multi-team delivery programs in the United Kingdom. The role requires onsite presence 2–3 days per week in the Northeast and is offered as a 18-24 month contract.

You will drive complex delivery initiatives, align programs with strategic business goals, and partner with senior stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience managing large-scale programs and coordinating multiple cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience serving clients in the Manufacturing or Automotive industries is preferred.
• Expert capability in engaging, influencing, and communicating with senior and C-suite leaders.
• Ability to work onsite at least 2–3 days a week.
• Deep knowledge of program governance, risk mitigation, financial tracking, and hybrid/Agile methodologies.

We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead and orchestrate large-scale, multi-team delivery programs. In this role, you will drive complex delivery initiatives, build strong partnerships with executive stakeholders, and ensure program alignment with strategic business goals.
